Accounts Manager
To be considered for the position, you must be qualified with
Proven track record with at least 3 years in accounting or finance
Strong understanding of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel)
Relevant professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The roles and responsibilities of this position include:
- Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely completion of accounting and tax services.
- Prepare and review detailed financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other key financial documents.
- Ensure clients’ compliance with tax regulations, including preparation and submission of tax returns and advice on tax-efficient strategies.
- Identify opportunities to enhance accounting processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery and professional development.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing clear financial insights and recommendations.
