In terms of your company accounts and tax return, our fees are bespoke so please get in touch so we can go through exactly what you need.
Bookkeeping & VAT
Bookkeeping and VAT is charged depending on the number of transactions through the bank and the number of purchase invoices/receipts per month. So please have this information to hand when enquiring so we can give you an accurate quote.

As much as every business is different, we believe you can’t deny the basics their place. Here’s a few options that we offer on their own, or could be rolled into a package if you need.
Payroll
Payroll is charged depending on the number of employees, frequency of pay and whether it is fixed or variable.
Company Formation
We will register a limited company with Companies House and provide you with advice around the best structure, the share certificates, Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum of Association. We charge £150 for company formation.
Cloud Software
We subscribe to Cloud accounting software on your behalf. We recommend the standard pricing plan for most clients which is £30 per month. Cloud accounting pricing can be found here. You can also learn more about our Cloud accounting software services.
Dext - £12 Per Month
This handy little tool which integrates beautifully with our cloud accounting software, enables you to scan/photo/email any receipts or invoices directly to the cloud without manually entering the information. This is a huge time saver and efficiency booster and once you start using it, you’ll wonder how you lived without it.
