Terms & Conditions – My Tax Doc “Spin to Win” Competition

1. Eligibility
1.1. The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
1.2. Participants must be new company directors or individuals setting up a business.
1.3. Only one entry per business is permitted.
1.4. Employees of My Tax Doc, its affiliates, or any third-party partners involved in this competition are not eligible to participate.

2. Competition Period
2.1. The competition starts on 9 February 2025 and closes on 9th May 2025
2.2. Entries made outside of this period will not be counted.

3. How to Enter
3.1. Participants must spin the wheel via the My Tax Doc website and provide their details to claim a prize.
3.2. By entering, participants agree to be contacted by My Tax Doc regarding their prize and other relevant business services.

4. Prizes
4.1. Prizes include:

⦁ Xero Software FREE for 12 months
⦁ A FREE business tax consultation
⦁ A FREE director’s finance health check
⦁ A FREE self-assessment tax return filing
⦁ Lunch for 2 at the Shard
4.2. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
4.3. My Tax Doc reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Winner Selection & Notification
5.1. Winners will be notified immediately upon spinning the wheel and must contact My Tax Doc to claim their prize.
5.2. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, My Tax Doc reserves the right to withdraw the prize and offer it to another entrant.

6. Publicity & Data Protection
6.1. By participating, winners agree to My Tax Doc using their name, company name, and testimonial for promotional purposes.
6.2. Personal data collected will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR regulations and will not be shared with third parties.

7. General
7.1. My Tax Doc reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time if unforeseen circumstances arise.
7.2. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
7.3. My Tax Doc’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
