Terms & Conditions – My Tax Doc
“Spin to Win” Competition
1. Eligibility
1.1. This competition is open only to individuals aged 18 or over who are legal residents of the United Kingdom.
1.2. Entrants must be either newly registered company directors or individuals in the process of establishing a business entity.
1.3. Only one entry per business or business owner is permitted.
1.4. Employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates of My Tax Doc, and their immediate family members, are strictly prohibited from entering.
2. Competition Period
2.1. The competition commences on 31 May 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM GMT on 1 September 2025 (“Competition Period”).
2.2. Entries received outside of the Competition Period will be deemed invalid and will not be considered.
3. How to Enter
3.1. Eligible participants must spin the wheel via the official My Tax Doc website and submit all requested contact and business details in full.
3.2. Incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent entries will be automatically disqualified.
3.3. By entering, participants agree to be contacted by My Tax Doc in relation to this promotion and other relevant business services. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
4. Prizes
4.1. Prizes may include:

✓ A FREE director’s finance health check
✓ A FREE self-assessment tax return filing
4.2. Prizes are offered “as-is”, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and hold no cash value.
4.3. My Tax Doc reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value where necessary.
4.4. Winners are responsible for any personal tax implications resulting from the acceptance or use of any prize.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
5.1. Winners are determined at random immediately upon spinning the wheel.
5.2. Prize confirmation is subject to verification of eligibility and completion of any further documentation reasonably requested by My Tax Doc.
5.3. If a winner fails to respond within 14 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited without further liability to My Tax Doc.
5.4. Prizes may not be assigned, sold, or transferred to any other party.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. My Tax Doc accepts no liability for:
– Lost, delayed, incomplete, or misdirected entries
– Technical failures of any kind
– Any loss, damage, or injury incurred in connection with participation or prize use
6.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Tax Doc excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or disappointment suffered by any entrant arising from their participation in the competition or from accepting any prize.
7. Data Protection & Publicity
7.1. Personal data collected will be processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
7.2. Winners may be asked to take part in reasonable promotional activity, and by entering, agree to the use of their name, company name, and testimonial in promotional material, subject to prior written consent.
7.3. No personal data will be sold or disclosed to third parties for unrelated marketing purposes.
8. General Conditions
8.1. My Tax Doc reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
8.2. Any breach of these Terms & Conditions may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of My Tax Doc.
8.3. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
8.4. Participation in this competition constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
